Dr Jilani has been practicing
as a doctor in the UK for 22 years. He has a family background in medicine, his father was a doctor and his three brothers are doctors. He completed his postgraduate
training in 1987 and became a Member of the Royal
College of Physicians UK.

Dr Jilani specialises in cosmetic & aesthetic
medicine for facial rejuvenation that includes Botox, Restylane, Perlane(skin
fillers),Titan for treating loose skin,Intense Pulsed Light for skin rejuvenation, Sclerotherapy for
thread veins, facial peels, Medical Microdermabrasion and SkinCeuticals professional
skin care products.
He is a full time cosmetic physician and is one of the few UK based doctors who have been personally trained in Lipodissolve (flabjab) treatment by Dr Hasengschwandtner.
Dr Jilani has obtained master class training in advanced injection techniques in Botox from the widely respected and renowned consultant dermatologist and Botox triallist Dr T Flynn MD (USA). Dr Jilani also attended teaching from Dr Jean Carruthers from Canada, who’s credited for the discovery of Botox for cosmetic use.
He also performs
advanced use of Botox for hyperhidrosis (excessive underarm
perspiration) and for facial rejuvenation for the lower
half of the face. He also trained other doctors in Botox injections and Sclerotherapy in the UK.
Dr Jilani is one of the first doctors in the UK who has been trained
and certified in Lipodissolve (fat dissolving injections) treatment
by Dr Hasengschwandtner of Network-Lipolysis. This is an international
association of physicians who are certified to adminster Lipodissolve
injections and contribute to Lipodissolve research by exchanging
specific knowledge and experience.

of the British
Association of Cosmetic Doctors and regularly attends
their scientific and educational meetings throughout
the UK and abroad to keep abreast with the latest developments
in cosmetic medicine.He also regularly writes for magazines and publications on cosmetic medicine.

Dr Jilani has worked in various
specialities in NHS hospitals during his professional career
including Gastroenterology,
Cardiology, Endocrinology & Diabetes, General Medicine,
Rheumatology. He has treated patients in Coronary care
and Intensive care units and is experienced in acute medical
emergencies. He performed endoscopic procedures, like gastroscopy & colonoscopys
during his appointment at St
Mary’s Hospital.
Dr Jilani held a Clinical assistant post in Echocardiography
at Bristol Royal infirmary gaining experience in non-invasive
cardiac screening. He also performed exercise ECG and
holter monitoring of patients in the cardiac unit.
He
is experienced in performing practical procedures such
as temporary cardiac pacemaker, liver biopsy, bone
marrow aspiration, pleural biopsy, chest drain, lumbar
puncture.
He gained experience in the use of Botox in muscle spasticity,
following strokes & head injuries.
He has obtained certificate for Ionizing radiation.
Dr Jilani taught medical students and junior doctors
in the medical departments and has delivered lectures & presented
clinical cases in hospital meetings in UK and abroad.
